Poster featuring a beautiful, classic illustration from the book Sweden's Edible and Poisonous Mushrooms which was published in series between the years 1860-1866 by Elias Fries.
In the picture we see Stolt fjällskivling and St. George's mushroom. Stolt fjällskivling is a good and popular edible mushroom. St. George's mushroom is also good and edible and has a mild, pleasant taste.
Elias Fries (1794-1878) was a Swedish botanist and mycologist and a member of the Royal Academy of Sciences.
