A unique photograph of the Le Mans start at Gelleråsen, Karlskoga in 1957. In the picture we see Carl-Otto Bremer getting into a Ferrari 750 Monza to start the race. Bremer then finished the race in second place.

Karlskoga Motorstadion is a 2,350 meter long race track located on road 205 in Karlskoga municipality, by the village of Gelleråsen. The track is therefore often called Gelleråsen. Gelleråsen was originally a gravel loop that was about a kilometer long. In recent years, Gelleråsbanan has hosted two of the competitions in the STCC series
