The story behind the motif

Canvas with the watercolor painting The bride by the iconic Swedish artist Anders Zorn. 

Anders Zorn painted The Bride in Constantinople during the Zorn couple's honeymoon. It was his wife Emma who was the model.

Anders Zorn was a prominent Swedish artist, known for his masterful watercolours, oil paintings and etchings. He is considered one of Sweden's most significant and internationally recognized artists from the late 1800s and early 1900s. Zorn was particularly famous for his portraits, landscapes and depictions of folk life in Dalarna.

We deliver worldwide and always offer free shipping! Depending on the country you are shipping to, delivery may involve certain customs duties and taxes – no customs duties or taxes apply to deliveries within the EU or Norway.

Delivery time is normally around 5–7 business days within the Nordic countries, as we handcraft our canvas artworks in our factory in Sweden, and the canvas fabric also needs to dry before we stretch it over a wooden frame and ship it to you.

If you order from Norway, your order will be delivered with Fedex; to Sweden and the rest of the world with DHL. Your package is normally delivered to your nearest pickup point!
