The story behind the motif

Poster with an old plan map of part of Stockholm from 1792. The detailed map is hand drawn and mainly shows Skeppsholmen and Kastellholmen .

The small island of Skeppsholmen is known for its peaceful atmosphere and cultural attractions such as the Moderna Museet, where you can see works by Picasso. A footpath runs around the island leading to the Skeppsholm Bridge, which is adorned with a golden crown.

Next to Skeppsholmen is the small island of Kastellholmen, with a picturesque castle with towers from the 19th century.
