The story behind the motif

Poster with Povel Ramel in a diving helmet at the premiere of the hit revue Knappupp - Akta Huvudet, year 1952 in Gothenburg.

The revue was so successful that it came to be held in various forms for many years and became an institution in Swedish entertainment.

Povel Ramel was a Swedish baron text and revue writer, composer, pianist, singer, comedian and actor. He was very important to the Swedish entertainment industry.
