The story behind the motif

Poster created in 1907 by the famous artist Hilma af Klint. The fantastic painting is called The Ten Largest No. 5 - Adulthood.

In the autumn of 1907, the artist Hilma af Klint begins the first painting in the series "The ten greatest". The work on the ten paintings lasts for 40 days and the result is one of the most magnificent in the entire artistry.

Hilma af Klint is considered to be one of Sweden's foremost artists of all time. She was a pioneer in abstract painting who connected the visible and the invisible through various symbols.
