Gustav II Adolf, also known as Gustav II Adolf the Great, was King of Sweden from 1611 until his death in 1632. He was one of Sweden's most influential and successful monarchs and played a crucial role in the country's history during his reign.
The painting depicts King Gustav II Adolf bidding farewell to his troops before the Thirty Years' War. Lindberg depicts the king in an elevated position in front of his soldiers, who are ready for battle. The work captures the dramatic atmosphere with the king as the central figure.

We deliver to the entire world and always offers free shipping! Depending on which country you are shipping to, the delivery may mean that certain customs fees and taxes are added - there is no duty or tax on deliveries within, for example, the EU, USA or Norway.
The delivery time is normally about 5-7 working days within the Nordics as we make our canvases by hand in our factory in Sweden and that the canvas fabric needs to dry before we stretch them on a wooden frame and send them to you.
If you order from Norway, your order will be delivered with Fedex, to Sweden and other parts of the world with DHL. Your package is normally delivered to your nearest agent!
