Carl Larsson is one of Sweden's most beloved artists of all time. He is known for his paintings that capture the idyllic and colorful beauty of the Swedish landscape. The motifs often depict a happy and quiet everyday life, romantic moments in the Swedish public home.
Carl Larsson often used his own home and family as motifs, with his wife Karin and their children as recurring characters. Their home in Sundborn, Dalarna, was a central place for his artistic exploration and creation. The painting Sunday rest is a typical example of this. On the right we see the glimpse of a woman on a sofa at a table in Larsson's quiet home in Dalarna. On the wall in the background we see a portrait of his wife Karin. The motif captures a peaceful moment from the life of the home.

We deliver to the entire world and always offers free shipping! Depending on which country you are shipping to, the delivery may mean that certain customs fees and taxes are added - there is no duty or tax on deliveries within, for example, the EU, USA or Norway.
The delivery time is normally about 5-7 working days within the Nordics as we make our canvases by hand in our factory in Sweden and that the canvas fabric needs to dry before we stretch them on a wooden frame and send them to you.
If you order from Norway, your order will be delivered with Fedex, to Sweden and other parts of the world with DHL. Your package is normally delivered to your nearest agent!
